How can i book a bodywork session?
To book a bodywork session, please write to [email protected] or message our facebook page. Please indicate what modality you would like to book and possible days and times, and we will get back to you as soon as possible to schedule. Thank you!
Can I meet or speak with the bodywork team before booking a session?
If you would like to meet the bodywork staff or address any questions or concerns before booking an appointment, please write to [email protected] or message our facebook page to schedule a phone call or meeting.
how often should i schedule bodywork sessions?
You should book bodywork treatments as frequently as you like to keep feeling healthy and well. Bodywork staff may have recommendations for addressing a specific matters, but there are no hard-and-fast rules, and you should honor what feels right for you.
are bodywork sessions done over clothing or draped with sheets?
Many modalities always are performed over clothing, including Reiki; Thai Foot & Hand Massage; Head, Neck, & Ear Massage; Peak States Therapy; and Acupressure. Neuro-Cutaneous Technique may be performed over clothing or may use sheets for draping.
can i pay with a credit card?
At this time we do not accept credit cards; thank you for understanding. Payments may be made in cash in U.S. Dollars or Costa Rican Colones.
am i expected to include a tip?
Tips are always welcome and appreciated, but never an obligation. Other ways to show gratitude to your healing practitioner include referring friends, writing reviews on Facebook, Google, and TripAdvisor, or sharing your experience and recommendation in local community Facebook groups.
What's the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your appointment, please let your bodywork practitioner know as soon as possible, and give at a minimum 24 hours notice. Cancellations allowing less than 24 hours notice should plan to pay 50% cancellation fee; cancellations without notice, or "no-shows", should plan to pay full price for the missed session.
