Reiki Energy Healing regulates and balances energy flows, which may relieve pain from the physical body, stress from the mental body, burdens from the emotional body, and blocks from the spiritual body. The Reiki Energy guides a healing sequence specific to the person’s present needs, and a treatment may include attention to the energetic field around the body, stationary holds or hand placements on the body, and gentle pressure at acupressure and reflex points. These sessions induce deep relaxation, which shifts the nervous system from sympathetic to parasympathetic functioning, activating the body’s natural healing processes. Wear comfortable clothing–natural fabrics are best–and expect to empty pockets, remove jewelry and belts, and undo the hair to experience the deepest level of comfort and allow the energies to cycle freely. The Full Moon elevates our energetic state, heightening our intuition, expanding our receptivity, and magnifying our emotions. It’s a time for introspection, emotional release, and spiritual growth, and also an extroverted time of celebration and communal connection. We will begin our circle with an energy clearing to cleanse our individual energetic fields and harmonize the group. We will partake in ritual cacao, connecting with its unique properties that elicit feelings of love, warmth, expansion, joy, and gratitude. Our ceremony will reflect the tone of each month, and may include visualization, movement, mantra, writing, reflection, interpersonal engagement, and offering our intentions with candles, water, or an item at the altar. Then we will relax and enjoy the healing vibrations of sound, encouraging inner calm, clarity, peace, and stability. These community circles are a wonderful opportunity for personal alignment each month, uplifting ourselves and each other in a safe and supportive sacred space.
