Reiki Energy Healing regulates and balances energy flows, which may relieve pain from the physical body, stress from the mental body, burdens from the emotional body, and blocks from the spiritual body. The Reiki Energy guides a healing sequence specific to the person’s present needs, and a treatment may include attention to the energetic field around the body, stationary holds or hand placements on the body, and gentle pressure at acupressure and reflex points. These sessions induce deep relaxation, which shifts the nervous system from sympathetic to parasympathetic functioning, activating the body’s natural healing processes. Wear comfortable clothing–natural fabrics are best–and expect to empty pockets, remove jewelry and belts, and undo the hair to experience the deepest level of comfort and allow the energies to cycle freely. Cacao Circle · Full Moon Ritual · Sound Healing
In this meaningful and accessible gathering we will welcome the new year with clarity and intention in conscious community. We will begin with Ceremonial Cacao as a gentle means to connect with the heart and anchor the group’s energy in the space. Then moving into our ritual activities, we will begin with “The Book of the Year,” a brief writing exercise to acknowledge what we leave behind from the previous year, and to illuminate our first wish or inner calling for the year ahead. We will consecrate this wish symbolically with a drop of water, honoring the lunar energy. Then for the second part of our ritual, “The Living Altar of Intentions,” we will build an altar together with flowers, crystals, and other meaningful objects, and we will write a phrase or word to place on the altar and activate in our life this new year. Energizing an altar in this way with focus and intention, with the visual beauty and vibration of natural, traditional, and sacred objects, in the warmth of community, creates a profound moment of heartfelt clarity to mark embarking on a new journey in 2026. We will close our ceremony with a Sound Healing session to resonate in the energy of our ritual and raise our frequency for the new solar cycle.
