Welcome to coco yoga & wellness 

We're enjoying the design process for our new beachfront shala, and we look forward to welcoming you soon into a beautiful and supportive health and healing space. For now, we've no in-person yoga offerings, but you may join in contemplative yoga practice here on the website or on social media, or discover other local yoga practitioners in the Coco Yoga Community Facebook forum.  Our time at home has been ripe for reflection and creativity, and this adventure in parenting pushes us to learn and grow each day.  We are eager to connect with our community soon and share burgeoning endeavors; please look to our social media pages for updates. We appreciate your patience as the new space takes shape; thank you for your continued support! ~ Teagan & Kech
