Where & How to Find Us
Coco Yoga & Wellness is not a business or location; it is a sangha--a community of people on a spiritual path--and a collective of independent contractors offering classes and sessions both in person and online. A shala space is available for community to convene and to create online content, whether live-streaming or saved offerings. The shala is located at a private residence and is not open to the general public; please connect ahead of time with instructors and event leaders to join their group, even if only for a 'drop-in'. To respect the private living space on the lower level, be sure to arrive and leave only by the street access and extended staircase, within ten to fifteen minutes of class start and end times. For now there is no parking available on site, but there is plenty of space to park on the street.

Given the nature of Playas del Coco, with such an influx of tourists who visit for days and weeks, seasonal residents who return regularly for months at a time, and the temporary transplants who may settle for some years before moving on, although we enjoy a vibrancy that comes with new energies and constant change, those of us who live here full-time have longed for a more sustaining sense of community and connection. We hope to create this continuity in growing an online sangha rooted in the Coco community experience. Our aim is to offer a variety of classes, workshops, events, and services on online platforms so that we may keep up our practices, connections, and support-systems even when people move away from Coco. For those who are here now, we endeavor to bring people together to cultivate self-empowered health and wellbeing within a conscious container for intentional practice.
