The Full Moon elevates our energetic state, heightening our intuition, expanding our receptivity, and magnifying our emotions.  It’s a time for introspection, emotional release, and spiritual growth, and also an extroverted time of celebration and communal connection.   We will begin our circle with an energy clearing to cleanse our individual energetic fields and harmonize the group.  We will partake in ritual cacao, connecting with its unique properties that elicit feelings of love, warmth, expansion, joy, and gratitude.  Our ceremony will reflect the tone of each month, and may include visualization, movement, mantra, writing, reflection, interpersonal engagement, and offering our intentions with candles, water, or an item at the altar.  Then we will relax and enjoy the healing vibrations of sound, encouraging inner calm, clarity, peace, and stability.  These community circles are a wonderful opportunity for personal alignment each month, uplifting ourselves and each other in a safe and supportive sacred space.
