Start your morning flowing through an energetic yoga sequence, connecting movement with breath, and developing strength, flexibility, and presence, both on the physical level and mentally.  We will use props such as blocks and straps to support and assist, and Gaëlle will offer adjustments to those who wish to receive them. This is a mixed-level class; please bring a mat, water, and a towel.  In the space there are mats for rent for ₡1,000, mats for sale for ₡10,000, and blocks and props free to use.
